Fill out questionnaire & submit as much information you have to hand. We will contact you by phone or email, whichever you prefect, normally within 2 working days. We will schedule an appointment for BER assessment with you, normally within 5 working days.

Assessment normally takes about two and half hours, depending on the size & complexity of the

dwelling. We will require access to the whole house, all rooms, heating system, hot water cylinder and attic. Majority of assessments are completed by the next day and the Invoice issued.

We will email or post you the cert when completed. We also send the cert to any other interested party if you wish. The survey is non-invasive. Our quotes include 23% VAT and SEAI charges, unless under wise stated.
